Project Scope:
- This is a human centered design project in association with Microsoft.
- Project aims at developing a technology that will guide the visually impaired people to navigate with better sense of surrounding.
- Our team is focusing on developing the wearable design that will satisfy the technological constraints as well as enhance the user experience. In the later stage of project, we will also fabricate the device.

Project Management - Case Study

Objective:
Design a project management case with elaborate application of the concepts of project planning and organization, project control, project communications, and project life cycles. In addition, to include a project chart, project scheduling techniques such as WBS, CPM, Pert, Gantt Charts, and resource-constrained scheduling, along with a risk assessment.

Project Statement - "We are an organic foods packaging and distribution company. Our current business is packaging and shipping healthy snacks to the enterprise customers on a subscription basis. We are expanding our product portfolio. We will be offering beverages like coffee, juices, canned sodas and other ready-to-drink products along with our organic foods. Our goal is to become a full-service provider for the breakroom of the future"
